Notched Impact Test (IZOD); In this test first, a little standard notch and then the stable impact is applied to the notched IZOD stick. The energy that comes out of this impact is displayed on the screen.This is put in to the formulation and the impact strength of the material can be calculated in therms of kj / m² unit.
